“I consulted Louise regarding neck issues I was suffering as a result of an impact sports injury. I wanted to get back to action as soon as possible so reached out to Louise who was able to see me over video chat the next day. The video session worked really well, we spent the time assessing my injury and running through stretching programmes that would get be back to full fitness.
