Despite some initial doubts, much to my relief my consultation with Louise over video chat on my smartphone was excellent. Louise was able to guide me precisely through stretches and movements in order that she could see for herself how my body behaved; the range of movement and flexibility. She was able to see exactly where I was pointing as far as pain was concerned and was able to diagnose the most likely causes of my arm and hand problem. I could clearly see her demonstrations of what I should do as far as rehabilitation exercises was concerned and was able to give me links to excellent online examples to help me continue with the exercises. The results on my hand and arm have been impressive. As far as I'm concerned the online consultation was pretty much as good as being physically present.
