We feel incredibly fortunate that Louise offered to continue physiotherapy sessions via video (with a choice of apps) when the country went in to lockdown just a few weeks after my daughter completely ruptured the ACL in her knee. Each video session was followed up with a short email summarising any new exercises and confirming what the plan was between sessions. Rachel’s pre hab has helped with the specific steps toward recovery and we are very grateful. Louise is very patient during each session and thoroughly explains things and corrects where necessary.
